About the role
Cult.fit is looking for enthusiastic Boxing Trainers to lead group classes in Mumbai and Thane. This full‑time, split‑shift position involves delivering high‑energy boxing sessions while fostering a supportive fitness community.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct engaging group boxing classes for members of varying skill levels.
- Demonstrate proper techniques, monitor safety, and provide corrective feedback.
- Maintain class schedules, attendance records, and equipment readiness.
- Collaborate with other fitness coaches to ensure a cohesive training environment.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.
- Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping members achieve their goals.
- Experience handling group fitness classes is preferred.
Required skills
- Boxing technique and movement fundamentals.
- Ability to demonstrate and teach basic boxing drills.
