The Booking Re‑verification Associate (French) ensures that hotel bookings are accurate and reliable by communicating directly with hotels through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑verify hotel bookings using phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Communicate fluently in English and French with hotel partners.
• Navigate the rePUSHTI platform efficiently, switching between tools on a desktop or laptop.
• Conduct online research to confirm booking details and resolve discrepancies.
• Draft concise emails and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to adopt new communication techniques and technologies.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable with basic computer functions and office software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
