BIM Trainer – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Trainer to deliver high‑quality classroom and online instruction in Hyderabad. The role focuses on teaching Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and comprehensive BIM workflows to students and professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions on BIM tools and processes.
• Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and hands‑on exercises.
• Lead workshops, project‑based learning, and practical labs.
• Assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and guide career development.
• Stay current with BIM standards, software updates, and industry best practices.
• Support trainees with technical queries and project work.
• Collaborate with academic and technical teams to continuously improve the curriculum.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on BIM project experience.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Proven ability to train and mentor learners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• BIM or Autodesk Certified Professional certification is a plus.
