BIM Modeller - Plumbing & Firefighting

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeller specialized in plumbing and firefighting systems to join Assystem’s engineering team in Navi Mumbai. You will create and manage detailed 3‑D models throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models for plumbing and firefighting systems across design, construction, and handover stages.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with MEP teams to resolve conflicts.
• Create technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for installations.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure models adhere to industry standards.
• Manage BIM libraries, standards, and provide training to project members.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and firefighting system design, installation, and relevant codes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with clash detection and MEP coordination.
• Ability to produce detailed 3‑D models and construction documentation.
