BIM Modeller – Civil & Revit

About the role

The BIM Modeller will develop, manage and coordinate detailed 3‑D models using BIM software to support design, engineering and construction teams. The role ensures accurate model creation, clash detection and documentation in line with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3‑D BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with the project BIM Execution Plan and company BIM standards.
• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback, extract quantities and generate reports.
• Maintain proper file management and version control as per project protocols.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide model‑based inputs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably on metro, railway, infrastructure or high‑rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing standards.
• Ability to work under deadlines and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP).
• Experience using AutoCAD and Navisworks for clash detection.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC (preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
