BIM Modeler / CAD Draftsman – Structural Projects

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented BIM Modeler / CAD Draftsman with experience in structural projects such as bridges and buildings. The role involves preparing detailed structural drawings and BIM models in coordination with engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed structural drawings for bridges and buildings, including general arrangement, reinforcement, shop and as‑built drawings.
• Create and maintain 3D BIM models for structural components and extract quantities for BOQ preparation.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Revise drawings based on engineer or client comments and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and codes.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing control according to project procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering with training in Revit and AutoCAD.
• 1‑3 years of experience in structural drafting for bridge or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural detailing and reinforcement drawings.
• Experience on infrastructure/metro/bridge projects is preferred.
