BIM Engineer – Structure

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer specialized in structural modelling to join our Chennai team. You will work on complex building and infrastructure projects, delivering high‑quality BIM deliverables that support design, construction and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Structure and related tools.
• Prepare and manage BIM deliverables, including 3D models, drawings, schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with architecture, MEP and civil disciplines to ensure effective model coordination and clash resolution.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, client standards and company BIM protocols.
• Perform model quality checks, data validation and verify adherence to LOD requirements.
• Support design development, construction documentation and overall project delivery through BIM workflows.
• Participate in coordination meetings and resolve model‑related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing BIM best practices and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in structural BIM modelling and coordination.
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering; BIM/Revit certification is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience delivering BIM projects from concept through construction documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience on global design centre or international projects is preferred.
