BIM cum CAD Technician

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented BIM cum CAD Technician to support our engineering and design teams in creating accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for critical infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings using CAD software.
• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines for model integration and clash detection.
• Update drawings and models based on design revisions and client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and company guidelines.
• Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.
• Assist in resolving technical design issues and support project teams during design development and execution stages.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
