BIM Architect (F&B / Retail Projects)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and creative BIM Architect to lead the design and BIM coordination for food & beverage outlets, retail spaces, and restaurant projects. The role involves delivering high‑quality, functional, and visually appealing designs while ensuring efficient BIM workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of BIM‑based architectural designs for F&B and retail projects.
• Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
• Ensure design compliance with brand standards, operational requirements, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, MEP, project management) for seamless execution.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control of BIM models and outputs.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to BIM modelers and junior team members.
• Ensure efficient BIM workflows, standards, and best practices are followed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and BIM, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Strong design sense with attention to detail and functionality.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
