BIM Architect – Architectural Modeling (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented BIM Modeller – Architect to develop and manage architectural BIM models for various building projects. The role works closely with architects, structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate 3‑D modeling, coordination and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes using Navisworks or other clash‑detection tools.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
• Extract BOQs, schedules and quantity take‑offs from BIM models.
• Update models based on design changes and site inputs.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
• 3–8 years of experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD and ISO standards.
