Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Voice & Chat

About the role

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Previous bilingual (Spanish/English) support experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is advantageous.
