BFSI Recruiter – 4-5 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a BFSI Recruiter to join our Mumbai team for a 12‑month assignment. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for finance, audit, risk, legal and operations functions within the banking and financial services sector across India.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for BFSI non‑technical positions, from requisition to offer.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri and other Indian job portals.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Conduct screening, interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI or corporate functions.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Proven ability to handle functional hiring for finance, audit, risk, legal and operations roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
