Bench Sales Recruiter

About the role

The Bench Sales Recruiter will join Amara Systems Inc. in Hyderabad to market and place consultants who are on the bench. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving contract and full‑time opportunities for available talent while collaborating closely with sales, leadership, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue contract and full‑time opportunities through job portals, vendor networks, and direct client outreach.
• Screen candidate profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Track market trends, update internal databases, and provide regular status reports.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, sales teams, vendors, and clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet placement targets and staffing goals.

Required profile

• Proven ability in bench marketing, candidate sourcing, and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills with vendors and clients.
• Experience using job portals, professional networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent documentation and data‑entry accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (business, HR, or related preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or IT recruiter in staffing/consulting is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Hyderabad and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
