Beauty Advisor / Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Artist you will combine creative makeup expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while supporting high‑impact in‑store events and maintaining top‑tier visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored makeup consultations that inspire and educate customers.
• Assist with the planning and execution of in‑store beauty events.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a genuine interest in prestige beauty.
• Ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Legal right to live and work in the country.

Required skills

• Make‑up artistry (creative and technical expertise).
• Experience with retail POS software.
