BDS Trainer – Non-Clinical

About the role

The BDS Trainer – Non-Clinical will join Laxmi Dental Limited’s Export division to deliver structured, non‑clinical training to Bachelor of Dental Surgery graduates and dental professionals. Based on‑site in Mira Bhayandar, the role focuses on product knowledge, equipment usage, and best practices related to the company’s orthodontic tools and dental materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop, update, and maintain training curricula, materials, and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support product presentations and answer technical queries.
• Assess learner performance, provide feedback, and coach participants.
• Maintain accurate training records in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong training and teaching abilities with clear communication skills.
• Experience in curriculum development and coaching, preferably in the dental or healthcare sector.
• BDS degree or equivalent dental qualification; non‑clinical training experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training programs.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Mira Bhayandar and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for creating presentations and reports.
