Barista

About the role

The Barista position at DinerGuru FandB Consultancy is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Gurugram. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high‑quality coffee, tea and light snacks while delivering courteous service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operate espresso machines, grinders and other coffee equipment to produce consistent beverages.
• Prepare and present a range of hot and cold drinks, as well as light snack items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and service area.
• Greet customers, take orders, process payments and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support training or demonstration activities when needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and manage multiple orders during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant or coffee‑focused environment is preferred.
