About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bar Tender to join the vibrant F&B team at a leading international hotel brand. The role focuses on creating memorable cocktail experiences while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests, responding to enquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Manage bar inventory, control costs, and support departmental targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors to implement departmental plans and achieve hotel initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements, documenting procedures for audits.
• Foster positive working relationships and promote the company’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and take ownership of tasks.
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a high‑excellence environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience using IT systems on various platforms.
