About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join the corporate office of a leading private sector bank in Mumbai. The role will focus on talent acquisition for various banking functions, working closely with hiring managers and the HR team to meet the bank’s hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for banking and financial services positions.
- Source, screen and engage candidates through multiple channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and recruitment drives across bank branches.
- Maintain hiring timelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Banking & Financial Services.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
