B2C Sales Executive – Domestic Holiday Packages

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2C Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic holiday packages and travel experiences. You will work closely with customers to understand their preferences, budget and travel needs, guiding them to the best options.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a variety of domestic holiday packages and travel experiences tailored to customer preferences.
• Advise clients on destinations, accommodations, transportation and activities within the country.
• Provide expert knowledge of travel destinations, seasonal offers and exclusive deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist customers in selecting, customizing and booking itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours and activities.
• Respond to enquiries, resolve issues and handle complaints professionally and promptly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, offers and packages in the domestic travel market.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Promote additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades and add‑ons.

Required profile

• Strong interest and knowledge of domestic travel destinations and offers.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to process bookings and payments accurately.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
