B2B Project Manager – Logistics & Data Analysis

About the role

Ninja Van is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead B2B initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to define requirements, manage project delivery, and provide data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute projects supporting Business‑As‑Usual (BAU) operations, focusing on cost efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as cost, loss rates, service levels, and operational performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or project management.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage enquiries and escalations professionally.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
