B2B Inside Sales Executive – IT Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team in West Delhi. The role involves identifying potential business customers, understanding their IT requirements, and converting prospects into long‑term clients across domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Research target companies, industries and key decision‑makers such as CXOs, IT Heads and Procurement Managers.
• Understand customer challenges and propose suitable IT service solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations and online meetings.
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and lead‑generation targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial discussions in coordination with pre‑sales, technical and delivery teams.
• Record all lead, opportunity and activity details accurately in the CRM.
• Track sales activities, conversion ratios and pipeline performance.
• Build long‑term relationships with prospects and existing accounts.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, IT Sales, SaaS or Technology Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to engage senior business and IT decision‑makers.
• Experience with cold calling, lead qualification and follow‑ups.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working across different time zones.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for lead and opportunity management.
