B2B Field Sales Executive – Uniforms

About the role

Rainbow Uniforms is seeking a full-time B2B Field Sales Executive based in Haridwar. The role involves travelling across Haridwar, Dehradun, Rishikesh and nearby areas to promote and sell uniform solutions to institutional clients such as hotels, hospitals, corporates and schools.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and manage a portfolio of institutional customers.
• Visit client sites, present fabric samples (e.g., Mafatlal, Siyaram) and prepare customised quotations.
• Process bulk orders, coordinate measurements and ensure accurate sizing and timely delivery with the production team.
• Maintain daily field reports and track progress against sales targets.
• Follow up consistently with existing and prospective clients to secure repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–3 years of proven B2B or field sales experience, preferably in apparel, textiles or institutional sales.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional regional language is a plus.
• Excellent organisational ability to handle large‑scale orders and strict delivery timelines.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic order‑management/reporting tools.
