B2B Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC)

About the role

Meritto is seeking a data‑driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid media initiatives for its international SaaS education platform. You will lead multi‑channel campaigns, collaborate closely with sales and product teams, and drive qualified lead pipelines across South‑East Asia, MENA and other global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid media strategies on Google, LinkedIn and Meta to generate qualified leads and revenue.
• Manage budgets of $25,000+ per month, monitoring CPA, CPL, ROAS and other performance metrics.
• Maintain industry benchmarks for CPL, CPMQL, CPDemo, CP Proposal and CAC.
• Coordinate cross‑channel campaigns (search, social, display, affiliates) and align them with sales and demand‑generation goals.
• Conduct experimentation, conversion‑rate optimisation and funnel analysis.
• Own audience strategy, reporting, attribution and data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with creative, sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of performance/paid acquisition experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record generating B2B leads in South‑East Asia, MENA or globally.
• Experience handling seven‑figure monthly ad budgets and full‑funnel strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable campaign improvements.
