Ayurvedic Pharmacist & Operations Executive

About the role

Sanatan Ayurveda is seeking a highly motivated Ayurvedic Pharmacist who will also act as an Operations Executive. This hybrid role combines product content creation, customer support, e‑commerce order management, and strategic manufacturing coordination to drive the growth of the platform’s Ayurvedic medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate medicine pages for the website and mobile app, covering classical names, Sanskrit references, ingredients, indications, contraindications, dosage, anupana, shelf life, and storage.
• Ensure all content is fact‑checked against classical texts (Charaka Samhita, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam, Sharangdhara) and complies with AYUSH/CDSCO labeling norms.
• Audit existing pages regularly, correct errors, and coordinate with the web/app team to keep pricing, SKU, and availability data up‑to‑date.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for post‑prescription customer queries, providing clinically accurate, patient‑friendly responses across all communication channels.
• Process online orders, track shipments, handle returns and refunds, and liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify fast‑moving SKUs, research GMP‑certified contract manufacturers (prioritising Rajasthan), and manage product dossiers for third‑party manufacturing scale‑up.

Required profile

• B.Pharm (Ayurveda) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong familiarity with classical Ayurvedic literature and AYUSH/CDSCO regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with doctors, distributors, logistics partners, and customers.
