AWS Site Reliability Engineer – Production Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AWS Site Reliability Engineer to provide production support for our cloud‑native applications. You will ensure system stability, performance, and reliability while collaborating with development teams to embed SRE best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 production support, diagnosing and resolving incidents in real time.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git/Bitbucket.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up and maintain observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Instana) for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Write and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Collaborate with developers to apply SRE principles, improve scalability and performance.
• Participate in incident management, post‑mortem analysis, and automation of repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in production support, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
