AWS Developer

About the role

Airbus India is seeking an experienced AWS Developer to design, build, and support cloud‑native, serverless, and containerized applications. You will work in an Agile environment, delivering scalable backend microservices and data pipelines that power next‑generation digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑throughput backend microservices and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Implement and optimise relational data models on Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL and NoSQL stores on DynamoDB.
• Build serverless workflows and event‑driven architectures with AWS Lambda, API Gateway and Amazon ECS Fargate.
• Automate cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK, CloudFormation or Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git.
• Collaborate with frontend teams (React.js) to ensure seamless API integration and monitor system performance using CloudWatch.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate with 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience on the AWS Cloud Platform.
• Proven experience with containerisation (Docker, Amazon ECS Fargate) and relational/NoSQL databases (Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM policies and federated authentication (OAuth2/OIDC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
