Avionics Software Integrator / Verification Engineer

About the role

Airbus is seeking an experienced Avionics Software Integrator and Verification Engineer to join its Bangalore engineering centre. You will work on safety‑critical real‑time embedded platforms, ensuring software complies with DO‑178C standards and supports certification efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate software components and generate builds for avionics platforms.
• Define and execute verification strategies, including functional and performance testing.
• Develop test environments and create verification cases and procedures.
• Analyse test results, update verification reports, and support root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with global, multi‑site teams to resolve complex integration issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in avionics software verification and integration.
• Hands‑on experience with DO‑178C Level A/B software development.
• Proven ability to work with configuration and change management processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
