About the role

We are looking for a proactive Legal Assistant to support our in‑house legal team. The role involves managing case timelines, handling legal documents, and providing administrative support across judicial, regulatory and corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor case progress and control deadlines.
• Prepare powers of attorney, notifications and other corporate documents.
• Assist with filings at courts, registries and public agencies.
• Update legal management systems and control spreadsheets.
• Maintain physical and digital file archives.
• Track publications, summonses and procedural updates.
• Support the drafting of legal opinions and documents for administrative, regulatory and judicial processes.
• Process payments to legal service providers, court fees and registration deposits.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university law program (5th or 8th semester).
• Previous experience in a corporate law firm, corporate legal department or notary office.
• Strong document organization and information‑control skills.
• Clear and objective legal writing ability.

Required skills

• Familiarity with legal management systems such as Projuris, PJE, Projudi, ESaj.
• Experience with electronic signature platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
