Automation Manager – Enterprise Independent Testing

About the role

Bank of America’s Global Business Services in India is seeking an Automation Manager to lead sustainable automation within the Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) function. The role focuses on designing, developing and implementing automated test solutions that support regulatory and business‑level testing.

Key responsibilities

• Drive automation strategy and execution for EIT test design, development and implementation using modern infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to ensure seamless access to required data for testing.
• Mentor and train the Test Automation team, fostering best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain dashboards for reporting automation results and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Independent Testing Enterprise Policy and support regulatory testing activities.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expert in test automation with experience in large‑scale, data‑intensive testing environments.
• Proven ability to lead automation initiatives and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to train and mentor team members.
