Automation Engineer – C#

About the role

As an Automation Engineer you will ensure that Philips’ MR systems meet the System Requirements Specifications and that all features are correctly implemented and verified. You will lead the automation of verification and regression test suites using C# .NET, working closely with verification engineers and the test automation team in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for MR products using C# .NET.
• Collaborate with verification engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation and integrate them into regression pipelines.
• Set up and evolve the test automation infrastructure, ensuring robustness, reliability and maintainability.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying modern test automation trends such as Model‑Based Testing and AI‑driven testing.

Required profile

• 5 + years of software development or test automation experience in a complex, high‑tech environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in global, multicultural teams.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
