About the role

We are seeking an Australian Tax Professional to join our Ahmedabad office. The successful candidate will provide expert tax planning and preparation services for clients subject to Australian tax legislation, ensuring compliance and delivering strategic advice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file Australian tax returns for a portfolio of clients.
• Develop tax‑saving strategies and advise clients on compliance matters.
• Analyze financial data to support tax planning decisions.
• Stay current with changes in Australian tax law and regulations.
• Manage multiple client engagements and meet strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Australian tax planning and preparation.
• In‑depth knowledge of Australian tax law and compliance requirements.
• Background in finance with experience in tax‑related financial analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle several clients simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional tax or accounting certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning on tax legislation updates.
