About the role

The Audit Manager will lead and manage financial audit engagements for a diverse client base in Kolkata. This full‑time, on‑site position involves assessing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering actionable recommendations to strengthen financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute comprehensive financial audits.
• Review and analyse financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify audit risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align audit work with business objectives.
• Stay updated on local and global regulatory standards affecting audit practices.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and review.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and devise solutions.
• Hands‑on experience conducting detailed and accurate financial audits.
• Professional qualification such as CA or CPA (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on‑site environment.
