Audit Manager (Chartered Accountant)

About the role

We are a global group operating across four continents in insurance, risk management, reinsurance, fintech and insurtech. We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead our audit function and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise internal and external audit activities for insurance and reinsurance entities.
• Conduct financial reporting and ensure compliance with international accounting and auditing standards.
• Develop and monitor corporate budgeting, accounting policies and procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry practices, trends and regulatory issues.
• Lead and mentor audit teams, chair committees and present findings to senior management.

Required profile

• CA (Chartered Accountant) certification – mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial audit or finance, preferably within insurance/reinsurance.
• Strong understanding of international accounting, auditing policies and standards.
• Excellent organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership or team‑management experience.
