Audit Manager – Chartered Accountant (Insurance & Reinsurance)

About the role

We are a global group operating across four continents, offering insurance, risk management, reinsurance, fintech and insurtech solutions. We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager who is a Chartered Accountant to lead our audit function and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise internal audit activities for insurance and reinsurance entities.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting and auditing standards and corporate budgeting policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports, audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of auditors, chair audit committees and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial audit, finance or related roles, preferably within insurance or reinsurance.
• Strong understanding of international accounting policies, budgeting processes and audit methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven leadership experience managing audit teams or committees.

• Proficiency with ERP financial systems.
