About the role

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Advanced Analyst to join its Chennai office. The role sits within the Assurance team, supporting private equity, hedge fund, and alternative investment clients on audit, tax, and value‑creation engagements. You will gain exposure to capital‑markets transactions and collaborate across industry and service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audit procedures for investment funds and portfolio companies.
• Prepare audit workpapers, document findings, and communicate results to senior staff.
• Collaborate with tax and advisory professionals to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of audit strategies.

Required profile

• Graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on‑site collaboration.
• Interest in capital markets and alternative investment structures.
