Associate/Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution (3+ yrs)

About the role
DSK Legal is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will bring at least three years of post‑qualification experience and will work alongside senior lawyers on client matters. The position may be based in any of the firm’s Indian offices, including Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru or Pune.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Dispute Resolution team in handling client cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, statements and other court documents.
- Support senior counsel in case strategy and preparation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE 3+).
- Qualified lawyer eligible to practice in India.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
