Key responsibilities

• Execute detailed test cases for Salesforce applications, ensuring functional correctness and compliance with specifications.
• Support both functional and regression testing cycles, preparing test data and validating test environments.
• Log defects with clear reproduction steps, track their lifecycle, and collaborate with developers to achieve timely resolution.
• Assist in the preparation of test data sets and verify that test environments are correctly configured for each testing phase.
• Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and execution results, to reflect current testing activities.
• Adhere to defined testing standards, processes, and quality guidelines, continuously improving testing practices.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, demonstrating a solid foundation in testing activities.
• Basic understanding of testing concepts, methodologies, and defect management processes.
• Exposure to testing Salesforce applications, with familiarity of its data model and user interface.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce‑specific testing practices and domain knowledge related to port services.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills for clear defect reporting.
