Associate Strategic Program Manager

About the role

The Associate Strategic Program Manager will support Fictiv’s Strategic Program Management team in delivering complex product launch programs for enterprise and startup customers. Working on‑site in Bangalore with an overnight shift aligned to US Pacific Standard Time, the role ensures projects meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate program status across multiple systems and report milestones to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Costing & DFM, Quality, and Logistics teams to keep projects on track and aligned with customer expectations.
• Identify process gaps and risks in manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support customer change requests and project updates on internal and external platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience or 1‑2 years of related experience.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational, program management and time‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; experience working with cross‑functional global teams is a plus.

Required skills

• CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, Assembly processes.
• Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations, including ECCN classifications (e.g., 9A515).
• Technical aptitude for AI tools and automation technologies to improve efficiency.
