About the role

We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer with 3–5 years of hands‑on Java/J2EE experience to join our Gurgaon office. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining enterprise applications while collaborating with on‑shore teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Independently handle application development, build processes, and unit testing.
• Analyze technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with on‑shore teams and client stakeholders to gather business and technical needs.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries for application functionality.
• Ensure high‑quality code by adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
