Associate SAP Solution Manager Consultant – Advisory

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate SAP Solution Manager Consultant to join its Advisory practice in Airoli, Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end SAP Solution Manager services, helping clients manage their SAP landscapes, change requests and IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer and support SAP Solution Manager 7.2 environments.
• Implement and maintain Change Request Management (ChaRM) processes.
• Manage solution and business process documentation and process management.
• Configure and support IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Desk integration.
• Provide monitoring, test management and overall ALM support for SAP systems.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional, development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations and governance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP Solution Manager implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management, ChaRM, ITSM and SAP landscape administration.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional SAP teams and communicate technical solutions.
