Associate SAP MM Advisory – Kolkata

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its SAP Advisory team in Kolkata. The role focuses on SAP MM consulting, providing end‑to‑end support from requirement analysis to solution design, implementation, and post‑go‑live assistance. You will work across multiple SAP modules, helping clients optimise operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ABAP development across SAP MM and related modules, delivering custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).
• Oversee technical development in SAP implementation and support projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimisation, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on SAP MM or related modules.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end implementation projects and lead development teams.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with functional consultants and clients.
