Associate Salesforce CPQ Developer – Advisory (Gurugram)

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate Salesforce CPQ Developer to join its Advisory practice in Gurugram. The role focuses on configuring and enhancing Salesforce CPQ solutions, including Conga CPQ, to help clients streamline their sales processes and improve pricing accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Configure CPQ for product bundling, pricing rules, discounting models and approval workflows.
• Design and implement guided‑selling processes to boost sales efficiency.
• Generate quote documents and manage approval cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Conga CPQ issues.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into CPQ configurations.
• Integrate Conga CPQ with Salesforce, ERP and other third‑party systems.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, deliver training and produce documentation for smooth adoption.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of experience working with Salesforce.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ/Conga CPQ.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
