Associate Relationship Manager - JLG

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – JLG supports the Relationship Manager in deepening banking relationships, acquiring new customers and managing Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) from formation through disbursement and collection. The role focuses on delivering best‑in‑class service to household‑level clients and driving revenue through cross‑selling and loan bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Map household needs in assigned villages, conduct zoning activities and achieve monthly/annual group loan targets.
• Perform end‑user checks after loan disbursement and ensure accurate loan documentation.
• Identify prospective customers, generate leads, open accounts and cross‑sell banking products based on client risk profiles.
• Maintain high collection efficiency, coordinate data entry with operations, and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Conduct field audits, verify customer information and gather market intelligence to benchmark against competitors.
• Recommend process improvements and support livelihood and community development initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
