Associate Recruiter – Operations Hiring

About the role

Amazon is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support its fast‑growing Operations business in India. You will be part of a high‑volume recruiting team, acting as the first point of contact for candidates and helping build a talented workforce that drives Amazon’s aggressive growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand short‑term and long‑term hiring needs for Operations roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide a positive Amazon experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
