Associate Project Manager

About the role

As an Associate Project Manager at Kinnect, you will be at the centre of delivering website, CMS and digital transformation projects. You will work closely with developers, designers, QA and clients to turn ideas into high‑quality digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of web, CMS and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients and external partners to meet timelines and budgets.
• Support project planning, sprint scheduling, release planning and milestone tracking.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Participate in technical discussions on architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms and implementation approaches.
• Identify dependencies, risks and delivery challenges early.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, demos and retrospectives.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and delivery dashboards.
• Support UAT, deployment planning, production releases and post‑launch activities.
• Act as the bridge between clients, business teams and technical teams, providing regular updates and risk mitigation.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality, security and performance best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience managing website, CMS or digital technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working alongside development teams on web or enterprise technology projects.
• Exposure to CMS implementation or migration projects.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
