About the role

Bosscoder School of Technology is seeking an Associate Professor to teach undergraduate students in Mathematics, Core Java, or Web Development. The role involves delivering lectures, practical sessions, and mentoring students to build a strong foundation in computer science.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Mathematics, Core Java or Web Development.
• Plan and deliver engaging lectures, labs and hands‑on learning experiences.
• Develop, review and enhance curriculum in line with academic standards and industry needs.
• Design assignments, assessments, projects and other learning resources.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional growth.
• Foster an interactive, inclusive and outcome‑driven learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty to improve course delivery and academic excellence.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate relevant concepts into teaching.
• Participate in academic planning, faculty meetings and institutional initiatives.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Computer Science (mandatory).
• Strong subject expertise in Mathematics, Core Java or Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring abilities.
• Passion for teaching, research and student development.
