Associate Professor – Management (Full‑Time)

About the role

The university is seeking an experienced Associate Professor in Management to join its faculty on a full‑time basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, supervising postgraduate dissertations, and contributing to the department’s research agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management with engaging pedagogy.
• Supervise and mentor Ph.D. and master’s students on their dissertations and research projects.
• Develop and lead research initiatives, publish in reputable journals, and secure research funding.
• Participate in curriculum design, departmental meetings, and academic committees.
• Engage with industry partners to enhance practical learning opportunities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Management or a closely related discipline (mandatory).
• Master’s degree with a consistently strong academic record.
• Minimum of 8 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience after the master’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Professor or equivalent academic rank.
• Demonstrated record of quality research publications.
• Experience supervising postgraduate dissertations is preferred.
