About the role
Chandigarh University is seeking an Associate Professor in Law to strengthen its academic team. The successful candidate will join a vibrant faculty, delivering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes while advancing the university’s research agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Teach and develop undergraduate and postgraduate law courses, including lectures, tutorials and practical sessions.
- Design and deliver engaging learning materials that incorporate modern technology.
- Conduct high‑quality research and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and research activities, supervising dissertations and projects.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and academic committees.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in Law (mandatory as per institutional and regulatory requirements).
- LL.B. and LL.M. with an excellent academic record.
- Demonstrated teaching experience or significant professional legal practice.
Required skills
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
