Associate Professor

About the role

The university is seeking an accomplished academic in Digital Marketing to join its faculty. The Associate Professor will teach MBA and BBA students, integrate industry insights into the curriculum, mentor students, and contribute to research and accreditation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Digital Marketing subjects such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics, AI in Marketing, and CRM.
• Design outcome‑based curricula, case studies, and experiential learning modules.
• Mentor students for internships, certifications, and placement opportunities.
• Publish high‑quality research and support accreditation initiatives.
• Develop industry partnerships, arrange guest lectures, and supervise live projects.
• Assist with admissions, branding, and academic administration.

Required profile

• PhD in Marketing or Management preferred; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Digital Marketing from a reputed institution.
• Demonstrated teaching and/or industry experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong research record, communication abilities, and student‑mentoring skills.
• Candidates from premier universities or leading institutions with excellent academic records and industry exposure are preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in SEO and SEM techniques.
• Experience with Marketing Analytics tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled marketing tools.
