Associate Professor – Computer Science Engineering

About the role
Dayananda Sagar University’s School of Engineering is seeking an Associate Professor to lead teaching and research in the Computer Science cluster, covering areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security and Robotics.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science specialisations.
- Mentor students, supervise projects and theses, and contribute to curriculum development.
- Conduct research, publish in reputable journals and secure funded projects.
- Participate in academic administration, industry collaborations and institutional activities.
Required profile
- B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering or a closely related engineering field (mandatory).
- Minimum 10 + years of experience post‑Ph.D., including at least 5 years at the Assistant Professor level or equivalent.
- Strong record of publications, teaching excellence and professional development activities.
